Amazing service, friendly informative staff, no waiting time, easy and convenient to make an appointment. The staff took time with us to make sure that we understood all the steps of the examination as well as the medication that was prescribed. I was blown away by their kindness and compassion while assisting my husband. Would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. I am so impressed regarding the service we received. The staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond in every aspect of the patient experience, plus do it all with a smile on their face.

I brought my child to the ENT clinic because an insect had entered their ear. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The doctor was also kind, patient, and explained everything clearly.

The whole experience was smooth and reassuring, especially as it was a stressful situation for us as parents. The staff and doctor handled my child with great care and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit.

The price also reasonable for ETN service.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent ENT services. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding care and professionalism. 😊

I had been struggling with hearing problems for some time, and visiting this clinic was one of the best decisions I made. The staff were very kind, professional, and patient in listening to my concerns. The doctor and staff were super friendly 😭✨

The doctor was very thorough during the examination and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Thanks to their help and proper treatment, my hearing has improved and I feel much more confident now.

I truly appreciate the care and support I received here. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing hearing problems.

I had an issue with a clogged ear, which caused muffled hearing and a feeling of pressure. It was likely caused by earwax buildup and sinus congestion from a cold or allergies. I then went to Klinik Satok for a referral. After seeing the doctor and having my ear cleaned, my hearing became clear again.Even after the service, the clinic continued to stay in touch. I would like to wish them continued success and all the best.♡♡♡♡♡♡

A huge thank you to Dr. Dayang and the team for the excellent care I received on Jan 22nd at 7 PM. Their friendly and empathetic approach really cheered me up and helped calm my nerves, which was a lifesaver since I deal with 'white coat hypertension.' Both the doctor and staff were so patient while taking my BP.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the service and consultation! Klinik Satok is officially my #1 choice for a GP in Kuching.

Great service by all, great doctor, friendly and easy to talk to. Went for weight management consultation and signed up for their Mounjaro package. Good value for money, includes slimming treatments & more at Orked Beauty, a spa also owned by the clinic.

First time went to this clinic for my son's eczema. All staff & Doctors are so kind and helpful. Doctors explained & sharing very helpful information on eczema. The treatment so far okay..my son's skin is getting better. Hopefully it will heal slowly.

Very recommended clinic. Been there for 2 times , when my daughter having discharge from her ear . Really impressed with the doctor patience, consultation, and the procedure given . The nurse also very kind & keep smiling. My daughter also Now my daughter is getting better . Keep it up !

Had a minor surgery done at Klinik Satok recently, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. The doctor was very professional and explained everything clearly, which made me feel more at ease. The nurses and medical staff were also very friendly and careful when cleaning my wound each time I went back. Thanks to them, my wound healed nicely. Really appreciate the care I received there.
